Joe Quigley, Executive Director (USA/Vol)

Joe was the Chief Information Officer on the Disaster Recovery Team for the Three Mile Island nuclear accident in 1979 and an advisor to  the U.S. Department of Energy and Nuclear Regulatory Commission; was the Lead Systems Integrator for The Getty Center in Los Angeles in 1997; was the Y2K remediation Senior Project Manager for several .com .net .org .edu .gov and .mil organizations; and was Business Continuity Manager, Disaster Recovery Manager, Operational Recovery Manager, and Y2K Rollover Manager for the California Department of Veterans Affairs in Sacramento, California before, during and immediately following the Y2K Rollover.
